Man, 25, charged in connection with Aberdeen city centre assault

A 25-year-old man has been charged and due to appear in court today following an alleged assault in Aberdeen city centre.

Officers were called to Langstane Place in the early hours of Tuesday and found a man in his 20s with serious facial injuries.

Officers were made aware of an incident in the Langstane Place area in the early hours of Tuesday September 26, 2017, whereby a man in his 20s sustained serious facial injuries.

Constable Thomas Bashforth, of the Divisional Alcohol Violence Reduction Unit (DAVRU), said: “I would like to thank the members of the public who assisted with this enquiry following our earlier appeal for information.”
