Police are appealing for information after two men were assaulted by a group of youths in Aberdeen’s Kings Gate area.
The 38 and 29 year olds were close to the Hazlehead roundabout at around 2am on Saturday when they were assaulted by a group of six males, aged between 15 and 18.
The victims, who were with a woman in her 20s, were left with minor injuries while the female was uninjured.
The attackers then ran off in the direction of Stronsay Drive.
Constable Lauren Morgan said: “This was an unprovoked assault and I would urge anyone who has information or was in the Kings Gate area around 2am on Saturday to come forward.”
