Currently there is a UK-wide fault preventing some connections to telephone numbers prefixed with 0345. This includes calls to the main NHS Grampian switchboard, which is usually accessed on 0345 456 6000. The health board has stated that an alternative number, 01224 550000, is available in order to place calls. A spokeswoman said: “There is currently a known fault with all 0345 prefixed telephone numbers. “This is a national issue and providers Talk Talk are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. “Thank you for your patience.”
