A motorist had to be cut free from their car following a two-vehicle crash this morning. The collision, on the B977 at Potterton, involved a white Mitsubishi Canter van and a grey Peugeot and happened just after 9am. Police, fire service and ambulance were all called to the scene and crews had to cut one motorist free from their car. The road was blocked to traffic for a time and police are still waiting for vehicle recovery. It is not clear if anyone was badly injured. Meanwhile, emergency services were called to Malcolm Road in Peterculter after a lorry crashed into a wall. Police said the lorry driver was not believed to be injured.
