Two men have been accused of assaulting another person during an alleged altercation at an Aberdeen property.
Patrick Selfridge and Mark Glen were arrested on Friday night, following the alleged attack at Farmers Hall in the Rosemount area.
Selfridge, whose address was given only as Aberdeen, made no plea to an assault to severe injury charge when he appeared in the dock at the city’s sheriff court yesterday.
The 35-year-old was remanded in custody and is expected to return to the court within the next eight days.
Glen, 36, faces a charge of assault to injury.
The Aberdeen resident also made no plea and was also remanded in custody.
Constable Wallace Dickson appealed for anyone who could help the force with its investigation into the incident.
He said: “I would urge anyone who has information which may assist our inquiries to get in touch on telephone number 101.”
