The incident happened two miles outside of Ballater, on the A939 Ballater to Tomintoul road, at about 9.30am. The driver of the silver Hyundai Tucson has been uninjured. Conditions on the road are poor and it is currently blocked however smaller vehicles should be able to pass with extreme care.
