Despite sending gritters onto the roads, the council have urged drivers to be careful as heavy rain has washed away much of the grit. Unforecast heavy rain in early am has led to pre-grit been washed away. All gritters currently out but pls be aware of icy roads & take care — Abdn City Council (@AberdeenCC) January 4, 2018 Gritters are being deployed again this morning to safeguard the streets.
