Police have arrested a man in connection with an alleged break-in at an Aberdeen comedy club.
The 37-year-old is accused of forcing entry to the Breakneck venue on King Street in the early hours of this morning, and stealing alcohol.
City centre Sergeant, Dougie Mackay, said: ” I would like to thank the member of public who alerted police to suspicious activity in the area, which allowed officers to take quick action.”
He added: “I would encourage people to continue letting us know as and when they see unusual people, vehicles or activity where they live, so that we can target our resources to the right places at the right times.
“Acquisitive crime of any kind will not be tolerated.”
