A large 4×4 mounted the pavement and nearly crashed into a group of youngsters in Aberdeen.
Police are appealing for information following the incident in Invercauld Road in Mastrick yesterday at around 5.30pm.
Officers described the vehicle as a large 4×4 with tinted windows, possibly a BMW or a Jeep. The driver is described as a thin male, between 30 and 40 years old with brown hair and a local accent.
Constable James Whittall said “This incident occurred when Invercauld Road was busy with pedestrians and motorists and we are keen to trace the driver of the vehicle.
“I am appealing to anyone that may have witnessed this incident or seen a similar vehicle in the area to get in touch with the police.
“Also similarly, if the driver recognises themselves from this appeal I would ask that they get in touch with us.”
