Firefighters are battling a “well developed” blaze that has ripped through the living room of an Aberdeenshire home.
Crews are at Station Road in Ellon, after a fire took hold in the sitting room of a first-floor property.
Two men are being treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said: “All persons have been accounted for and there is nobody trapped there, but two men suffered smoke inhalation.
“Crews are still at the scene, though the fire is now under control and the first and second floors are being ventilated.
“Two hose reel jets were used, along with three sets of breathing apparatus and a 13.5ft ladder.”
