The man, thought to be between 25 and 35 years old, brandished the weapon inside A & C Smart on King Street at 5.30pm yesterday. No-one was hurt, but he made off with more than £100 in cash. He has been described as white, slim, 5ft10in tall and as having “light-coloured” facial hair. Police say the man was wearing dark clothing including a beanie hat and jacket. Officers are asking any witnesses to contact them.
