Emergency services are in attendance at a five vehicle crash on a north-east road.
The call was made just after 4.30pm following reports of a collision on the A90 Aberdeen to Dundee road at Portlethen.
The road is not closed however there are delays as police wait for the vehicles, which include a white For Fiesta, a beige Renault Laguna and a silver Ford Focus, to be recovered.
A police officer said: “The vehicles are quite badly damaged but there are no serious injuries.
“The ambulance service is not in attendance.
“The road is not closed but there is a significant tailback.”
