A 52-year-old man has been charged with careless driving after an accident on the A90 earlier today left one in hospital.
The collision happened at around 7.25am and involved a silver Ford Mondeo and a blue Vauxhall Vectra. The driver of the Mondeo has been charged in relation to alleged careless driving.
One person was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but they were not seriously injured.
The road has now been cleared although there were delays in the area because of earlier restrictions caused by the incident.
