More than 40 firefighters are battling a house fire in the Bucksburn area of Aberdeen.
The blaze has taken hold in a property on Watchman Brae, just off Newhills Avenue.
Emergency services were alerted to the fire at about 11am.
There are six appliances on site, including a height vehicle, and a command support unit.
Currently there are 44 firefighters involved.
Police are also at the scene helping with traffic management while the ambulance service is also there.
The owner of the property is reportedly outside and safe and well with no one else thought to be inside.
Newhills Road is currently blocked by emergency services vehicles.
A fire service spokesman said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 10.59am on Saturday, February 10 to reports of a dwelling fire.
“Operations Control mobilised 10 fire appliances to the two-storey property on Watchman Brae, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, where firefighters extinguished the fire.
“There are no casualties.”
