Three appliances attended a house fire on Middle Brae in Bucksburn at 2.33am. Using a hose reel jet and ventilation system the fire, constrained to the living room, was extinguished. A spokeswoman said: “There were no injuries, however one female remains in the care of the ambulance service.” The fire was put out just before 3am. Fire crews also attended a vehicle in flames on Middlemuir Place in Bucksburn at 2.44am. The vehicle was quickly extinguished – there were no injuries. A police spokesman said: “An official inquiry has been launched into the start of the fire.”
