A 29-year-old man has been charged following an alleged assault and robbery at an Aberdeen store.
Screwfix on Girdleness Road, Torry, was targeted at 8pm on Tuesday. Close to £1,000 in cash was taken.
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
Detective Inspector Allen Shaw said: “Our inquiries are still ongoing and I would ask anyone who was in the area around the time in question and saw anything they think could help to call 101.”
