A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with an alleged break-in and attempted theft from an ATM machine at a Spar store in Aberdeen.
The incident took place in the Clifton Road area in Aberdeen on March 6.
The ATM was damaged but nothing was taken.
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
Detective Inspector Fionnuala McPhail said: “Thank you to all those who provided us with information in connection with this investigation at the time.
“Our inquiries are still ongoing and I would encourage anyone with information to contact 101 using reference number 0156 of 6 March, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to remain anonymous.”
