Mr Brymer is understood to have finished work just minutes before the incident on Wellington Road. The collision, between Girdleness Road and Abbotswells Road, took place at 5.10pm. Arnold Clark have today confirmed that Mr Brymer was the victim and paid tribute to the long-serving employee. A spokeswoman said: “We are extremely saddened by the sudden passing of one of our employees, Allan Brymer. “Allan was a well respected, long serving member of Arnold Clark and he will be greatly missed. “Our thoughts are with his family and we have offered them our support during this tragic time.”
