Police and ambulance services were called to the A96 near Kintore at 10.23pm to reports that a Ford Fiesta had hit a pedestrian. The woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with minor injuries. A police spokesman said the road was not closed as a result and everything had returned to normal at the scene by 1.20am.
