Woman knocked down in Aberdeen city centre

Emergency services have been called to Aberdeen city centre following reports that a woman has been knocked down.

A police spokeswoman confirmed that the police had been alerted to a crash between a car and a pedestrian on Guild Street, near the Station Hotel.

The extent of her injuries is not yet known.

Guild Street was blocked for around three hours after the crash.

Police said it was clear just after 5pm.
