A 38-year-old man has been charged and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal following the recovery of heroin valued at approximately £1,800 in the Torry area of Aberdeen.
The recovery was made as part of an intelligence led operation in the Kerloch Place area and the man will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
Detective Constable Erin Dignan said: “Police Scotland is committed to tackling drug misuse in local communities. Information from the public is key in helping us do this.
