Sunbathers across Scotland will need to put their tops back on tomorrow due to a yellow weather warning for flooding and heavy rain across the country.
Thunderstorms have been forecast to sweep across most of the Highlands, Moray and much of Aberdeenshire throughout tomorrow.
The Met Office has warned of chances for homes and businesses to be affected by floodwater, lightning strikes, hail and strong winds.
And the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency has issued amber flood alerts for Nairn, Moray, Speyside, Skye, Lochaber and Wester Ross, as well as the central belt.
Further weather warnings have also been put in place for Saturday, but mostly contained to the central Highlands, west coast and central Aberdeenshire.
A Met Office spokesman warned of travel delays.
He said: “Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures, and where flooding and lightning strikes occur, there is a chance of delays and some cancellations to train and bus services.”
