Temporary traffic restrictions will be put in place on part of a busy Aberdeenshire road route while engineers work to boost superfast broadband provision.
A one-way system will be in operation on the B999 Tarves road, between Denmore Road and the A90 Ellon road, from 7am on Saturday June 23 to 4pm on Sunday 24.
Drivers will only be able to travel westbound during the restrictions.
Aberdeen City Council’s Fraser Bell said: “The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by BT Openreach.
“An alternative route for eastbound vehicles will be available via Denmore Road, the A90 Parkway and the A90 Ellon road.”
