An 82-year-old Aberdeen man has been placed on the sex offenders register after exposing himself to two children waiting at a bus stop.
Henry McCulloch had never been in trouble with the law before but earlier this year he approached two girls on a street in the city at about 3.45pm.
He walked up to a metre away from them and exposed his penis at them before moving closer.
The two girls, aged 12 and 16, were both shocked at his actions. A witness called the police.
Officers arrived a short time later and detained McCulloch.
And yesterday at Aberdeen Sheriff Court he confessed to the incident which took place on February 26 this year.
Sheriff Sukwinder Gill deferred sentence on McCulloch, of South Avenue in Cults, in order to obtain reports and placed him on the sex offenders register.
He will return to court in August.
