Police in Aberchirder are appealing for witnesses after a number of vehicles were vandalised causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage during the weekend.
A total of eight vehicles parked in the South Street and Southview areas were damaged.
PC Ross McDonald said: “The vehicles have had their tyres punctured and this will be costly for the owners to repair not to mention inconvenient.

“We are appealing for anyone who has any knowledge or who saw anything suspicious in the area at the weekend to contact us on 101 using reference number CF0152890618.
