Firefighters are battling a blaze which started in a building at a disused Aberdeen school, and has spread to trees nearby. Crews from the city’s central station, Alford and Kintore were called to Cordyce Primary School, in Dyce, at about 2.30pm. A spokesman for the service confirmed that the fire had broken out in a “small storage building” to the rear of the school and spread to nearby trees.
