A woman who died after a crash involving two motorbikes in the north-east has been named by police as 65-year-old Marietta Ruffing, of Germany.
The incident happened at around 12.50pm yesterday on the A93 near Braemar.
Road Policing Sergeant Peter Henderson said: “We are grateful to members of the public who have contacted us to assist with the investigation.
“We continue to appeal to anyone who has not already spoken to police and saw either vehicle in the lead up to this incident, or indeed the collision itself to contact Police Scotland.
“Likewise any motorist who may have dashcam footage which could assist with this inquiry are urged to come forward.
“Police can be contacted on 101 using incident number 2236 of 01/07/2018.”
