The police and the fire service are on their way to the Kintore roundabout on the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road following reports of the incident. Images of the vehicle, with its front ablaze and black smoke billowing from it, have been posted on social media. A spokeswoman for the fire service confirmed that crews were on the way. A police spokesman added: “We have been made aware of this by the fire service and have units on their way just now.”
