The man was cruising by the pier at Buchanhaven Harbour at 5pm when his craft failed and the RNLI crew from Fraserburgh were called. The man was taken aboard, and the jet ski was towed into Peterhead Harbour shortly afterwards. A spokeswoman for the coastguard service said: “The man was fine and well, and the jet ski was not far from the coast when it lost power.”
