The incident happened around 7.40am on Market street in the city. Police and ambulance crews are in attendance. A spokeswoman said: “A collision between a male motorcyclist and a lorry happened on Market Street nearby Guild Street junction. “The man was treated by on site ambulance crews. His injuries although serious are thought not to be life threatening.” Market Street and Guild Street are currently blocked. More to follow.
