Stars of Scottish rugby will visit a north-east rugby club this weekend.
Ruaridh Jackson and George Horne, who both ply their trade with Glasgow Warriors and the national team, will scrum down at Fraserburgh Rugby Club on Saturday.
The duo will take part in a training session and touch rugby game before a meet and greet with fans at James Ramsey Park between noon and 3pm.
The event takes place as part of the Royal Bank of Scotland and Scottish Rugby RugbyForce scheme, aimed at helping clubs across the country expand.
As well as the visit by the Scotland stars, Fraserburgh Rugby Club have been awarded £1,000 and a selection of merchandise to help attract new members.
Royal Bank of Scotland’s Malcolm Buchanan said: “Our ambition with Royal Bank RugbyForce is to instill a sense of community spirit across the country, culminating in a weekend of sport across the regions.
“We are thrilled to award Fraserburgh RFC with this additional support which we know will really support their drive to make the club bigger and better.
“The enthusiasm, commitment to the club and passion for rugby was clear throughout their RugbyForce entry.
“This year’s campaign was about celebrating everything we have achieved over the last decade and encouraging people to support their local club.
“We hope that they come out in force this weekend to do just that.”
