Two men have been charged after heroin and crack cocaine worth around £5,000 was recovered in Aberdeen.
The recovery was made on Wednesday in the Roslin Street area of Aberdeen as part of an intelligence-led operation.
A 30-year-old man from the Manchester area and a 46-year-old man from Aberdeen are expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
PC Nicholas Bowyer of the Seaton community policing team said: “We are committed to tackling the misuse of drugs in Aberdeen.
“Information from the public is crucial to help us intercept illegal drugs that are destined for local communities.
“If you are concerned about drug misuse in your community, or you’ve noticed unusual coming and goings at all hours, please call Police Scotland on 101 with as many details as possible.
“All intelligence we receive helps us plan operations such as the one carried out yesterday which removes drugs and ensures those involved are held to account.”
