Eid in the Garden celebrated their “biggest turnout ever” at Rubislaw Gardens in Aberdeen.
The event, organised by Aberdeen Muslims, celebrated the end of Hajj, an annual pilgrimage to Mecca, Islam’s holiest site.
Stall-holders travelled from across Scotland to attend the event on Saturday, which also included a call to prayer, a children’s play area and live entertainment.
Sumon Hoque, lead organiser of the event, said: “It was a fantastic event.
“It was the biggest turnout we’d ever had, definitely.
“Folk who saw us at the beginning of the Celebrate Aberdeen actually made the whole walk back again after the parade ended, to come see what was going on.”
Organisers hope to take Eid in the Garden to an even larger venue for next year.
