Police have charged four men and a teenager in relation to an alleged assault in Ellon over the weekend.
The incident happened in the Gordon Park of the town around 2am on Saturday.
Two men aged 43 and 25, and two men aged 21 have been charged in relation to alleged assault. They have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal and are expected to appear at court at a later date.

A 15-year-old male has also been charged in relation to an alleged assault and will be reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit.
Sergeant Andy Sawers said: “Whilst this is unusual for the Ellon area, the incident has been dealt with quickly and robustly by local officers.
