Police have confirmed that no crime was committed at an Aberdeen city centre gardens this morning following reports of an alleged assault.
Officers launched an investigation today following a complaint and sealed off part of Union Terrace Gardens during their inquiries.
Now police have confirmed that no crime has been committed.
A spokeswoman said: “Following reports of an apparent assault in the Union Terrace Gardens area of Aberdeen during the early hours of this morning, police can confirm that inquiries have established that no crime has been committed.”
