Police in Aberdeen are appealing for information following an indecent assault on the Union Street and Bridge Street area of the city.
The incident happened at around 8am on Sunday when a man who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol allegedly indecently touched a woman who was waiting at the number 19 bus stop.
The man, aged 38, has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
Enquiry officer PC Ramsay said: “This was an upsetting incident for the woman and I would urge anyone who was at the number 19 bus stop near Bridge Street and who hasn’t spoken to police to come forward.
“I can confirm that a man has been charged, however we would still like to hear from members of the public who were in the area and may have information that could further assist our enquiries.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 1284 of 23 September 2018 or if you prefer to remain anonymous, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
