Two people have been taken to hospital following a crash on an Aberdeen road this morning.
Police were called to the collision between a white Kia Sportage and red Kia Rio on Dyce Drive at around 6.40am.
Officers have since closed the road between Kirkhill Drive and the Cloggy House takeaway.
The two drivers were the only occupants of the cars.
The 27-year-old man driving the Sportage and 59-year-old woman driving the Rio were both taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious injuries.
The road re-opened after 3pm.
