Pedestrian ‘knocked down’ in Banchory crash

Emergency services teams have been called to Banchory High Street to treat a pedestrian who has been knocked down.

Police were sent to the scene, near the Stag Hotel, at 5pm.

The severity of any injuries they may have suffered is not yet known but it is understood one person has been taken to hospital.

A police spokeswoman said: “Officers are at the scene, we are currently dealing with this.”
