Police have traced two missing people from the north-east area.
Chloe Marshall was reported missing from Saturday night – last seen at her home in Boddam outside Peterhead.
Police confirmed this morning the 18-year-old has been found “safe and well.”
Shelley Marshall, Chloe’s mother, took to social media to thank everyone involved in finding her daughter saying: “everyone’s comments, shares and private messages have got me through this horrible time.”
Missing Jessica McRitchie from Banff has also been found.
The 38-year-old disappeared after last being seen walking on the A98 near to Boyndie around 12pm yesterday.
Police Scotland can now confirm missing person Jessica McRitchie has been traced safe and well. Members of the public and local business owners are thanked for their assistance.
