Warning to motorists as breakdown causes tailbacks in Aberdeen

Motorists have been warned to plan their routes through the south of Aberdeen carefully this evening following the potential breakdown of a vehicle.

Aberdeen City Council says the vehicle, parked on Wellington Road where it meets Abbotswells Road, is causing long delays.

A spokeswoman has advised drivers to take an alternate route through West Tullos Road or another street.
