Lorry driver charged after police motorbike crash on Haudagain roundabout

Police have confirmed that a man has been charged in relation to alleged careless driving after a lorry collided with a police motorbike on an Aberdeen roundabout.

The incident took place at the Haudagain roundabout at around 11.40am last Wednesday.

The 47-year-old lorry driver will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal and is expected to appear at court at a later date.

The motorcyclist was take to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with non-serious injuries.
