Motorists are facing delays on a busy Aberdeen road this evening following a burst water main.
Scottish Water staff are currently dealing with a leak on Braehead Way in Bridge of Don, where water is spilling out of the ground and running down the nearby Scotstown road.
The road is still passable with care, however the incident has resulted in delays for drivers as cars carefully make their way through the deep water.
A spokesman for Scottish Water said: “Scottish Water received reports of water rising in the area this evening and an operative is on site to investigate.
“We apologise for any inconvenience as these investigations are carried out and thank customers and motorists for their patience.”
There have been reports in water pressure drops in the area.
