Police, ambulance and fire crews are currently on site at an incident involving six cars in Aberdeen city centre.
The collision happened around 6.40pm on Union Grove just off Union Street and involved a Mitsubishi, Nissan Qashqai, a Peugeot and two Volkswagen Golfs.
Police initially attended the street under the impression that only three vehicles were involved – but it transpired there were six.
Two of the motorists involved has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
A police spokesman said: “The crash between the six vehicles happened in the city centre at 6.40pm.
“There are injuries but not thought to be life threatening.”
