Part of the A90 had to be closed in one direction this morning following a two-vehicle crash. Police blocked the road southbound at the roundabout by Stonehaven which connects the B979 road north to Netherly. Fire and ambulance crews are also at the scene. A police spokesman said: “We were called just after 9.30 this morning. “The fire service and ambulance were in attendance. “There is one casualty but their injuries are not believed to be serious at this stage.” The stretch was re-opened at around 11.40am. Police Scotland can advise that following the earlier Road Traffic Collision on the A90 Southbound at the new Stonehaven Roundabout. One Lane of the Southbound carriageway has now been re opened.
