Two boys have been charged following a fire which destroyed a burger van in Aberdeen.
Police say the vehicle, which was parked on Constitution Street, was deliberately set ablaze on Thursday.
While no-one was injured, the van was damaged beyond repair.
The two 15-year-olds involved have been reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit.
Detective Sergeant Stephen Beattie said: “Officers have been carrying out high visibility patrols in the area and these will continue to deter any further incidents and to provide reassurance to the community.
“We are grateful to those who assisted with enquiries.”
