Vehicle overturns on north-east road

A vehicle has landed on its roof on a north-east road.

Emergency services have been called to the incident on an unnamed road near Sandhaven this morning.

No one has been injured.

A spokeswoman for the police said: “We received the call at 6.43am this morning.

“A vehicle has ended up on its roof and both the ambulance service and fire crews are in attendance.

“One female is currently being assessed by the ambulance.”

A fire service spokeswoman said: “We attended the scene and received the stop message at 7.15am.”
