Police have charged a 28-year-old man in relation to a serious assault at Prohibition bar in the city.
A 19-year-old man was left with serious facial injuries and was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment following the alleged assault at around 1.30am on Monday, 29 October.
PC Grant Hardie, of the Divisional Alcohol Violence Reduction Unit (DAVRU), who led enquiries, said: “We are grateful to members of the public who assisted us with our investigation.”
It is anticipated that the 28 year old man will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today, Monday, 19 November.
