It has been confirmed that the Here For You Centre in Fraserburgh will close in December.
The one-stop support project premises at 48 Broad Street will welcome its last clients on December 21.
The partnership project has provided help to hundreds of people through its existence with an average monthly footfall of 600.
A statement released by the centre said: “We regret to inform you that the project has outgrown its current premises and aims.
“As the funding has also come to an end, it gives the Here For You project management an opportunity to stop and re-evaluate how the project could contribute with even greater impact to its local community by involving more services and partners.
“The project management is looking forward with optimism and commitment to creating a bigger, better and greater project.
“We apologise to all of our customers for any inconvenience caused during our closure.”
A list of available partnership services is being compiled and released shortly to ensure people can still access appropriate help.
The centre, which has been providing a range of services for four years, was also home to the local Citizens Advice Bureau.
Banff and Buchan CAB manager Jacqui Bruce said: “Unfortunately, the lease on the property comes to an end and the funding for the project finishes in December.
“We will, as a CAB, continue to provide a service in Fraserburgh and details will be posted on social media once they’re confirmed.
“After December, clients can still contact our main service in Peterhead.”
