Aberdeen Coastguard were called to assist with the medical evacuation of a crew member throughout the night. The team were notified of the incident, which took place 175 nautical miles south-east of Aberdeen, at 3.43am this morning. A rescue helicopter took the casualty to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Their condition is unknown.
