Two people have appeared in court after cocaine and cannabis worth more than £39,000 was allegedly recovered in Kemnay.
Officers raided a property on Alexander Crescent in the Aberdeenshire town on Wednesday.
Sherwin Brown, 27, and Tamara Murray, 32, appeared in Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday each accused of two charges of possession with intent to supply.
The pair, both from Inverurie, made no plea and are expected to return to court next week.
Following this Police Constable Keiran Reid urged anyone with information about illegal drugs to contact officers.
He said: “I would encourage anyone who has concerns about potential drug misuse in their area to call us with details.
“Information can be given directly to police on 101, or to remain anonymous contact the independent charity Crimestoppers.”
